About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Care Manager to join a highly regarded aged care home in a beautiful regional town in Victoria. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with the Facility Manager to lead clinical care, support the nursing team, and ensure the highest standard of care is delivered to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of clinical care, ensuring care plans are tailored to meet residents' individual needs

• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to achieve high standards of care

• Ensure compliance with aged care quality standards, policies, and procedures

• Work closely with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote person-centered care

• Support accreditation processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives

About You:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Previous experience in a Clinical Care Manager or similar care management role within aged care

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support a team

• Comprehensive knowledge of aged care standards, regulations, and accreditation processes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Passionate about providing quality care to the elderly

• Must have Australian working rights
